About Our Climbers
All of our climbers are made from laser-cut acrylic. We use predominately 3mm and 6mm thick acrylic, sourced from Australian-based suppliers.
Please avoid using chemicals on your climber, as they can interact with the acrylic and cause discolouration or a change of texture.
We recommend cleaning your climber with a microfibre cloth (the kind you get with a pair of glasses) to remove dust and fingerprints, using water and a mild soap as needed. Make sure your cloth is clean and dust free and rub lightly to avoid scratching.
Yes - we use UV stabilised acrylic, which means the climber will not structurally degrade in the sun. The sun may cause colours to fade over time, so please be mindful of this when determining where your climber will be used.
Ordering & Payments
We accept payment using PayPal, Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), AfterPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
All successful orders will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of order completion. Please check your junk/spam folder, as confirmation emails sometimes get tagged as spam.
Please also check if the funds have been taken from the payment method you selected. If they haven’t, your order may not have come through successfully.

Shipping
We ship items from Brisbane, Queensland to anywhere in Australia and internationally.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia and Australia Post’s delivery partners for all international deliveries.
This depends on whether it is an International or a Domestic order.
All orders within Australia are considered domestic orders and they are generally shipped and delivered within 3-6 business days via standard shipping. If you need your delivery quicker, you can opt for express shipping at checkout.
For International Orders, the estimated delivery times are 15-25 business days, depending on the location. Please see Australia Post for updated estimated international delivery time frames.
Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, we will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order.
We use Australia Post, so you can track your order online.
We ship items from Australia, so deliveries outside Australia may incur customs charges and/or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don’t have any control over these charges, we cannot cover them for you. You acknowledge that when you place an order with us you are responsible for all customs charges, duties or import taxes.
If items are refused by the customs of the country of delivery, and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct or recover any costs associated with the return, from you.
If you have received confirmation your order has been dispatched, please check the delivery status on the Australia Post website. Alternatively, you can contact Australia Post on 137 678 and they will help you.
If you haven’t received your order dispatch confirmation please contact us and we will look into this for you.
If your order is ‘Return to Sender’ for any reason, we will charge you an additional shipping cost to resend your items to you.
