At Honey Plant Climbers, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges
Change of Mind:
Please make sure you read all product descriptions and choose your items carefully, as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind, nor are we able to cancel an order after it has been posted. We appreciate your understanding.
Faulty Goods & Goods Damaged in Transit:
We stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare event of receiving an incorrect or faulty item please contact us at hello@shophoneys.com.au within 12 hours of receiving your parcel with photo proof. We will replace the item(s) at no extra cost to you.
If your goods are damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@shophoneys.com.au within 12 hours of receiving your parcel with photo proof - we will work with you on a resolution. As we ship via Australia Post, all parcels are automatically covered up to a value of $100.
Note: Products damaged as a result of wear and tear or misuse are not considered faulty.
Sale Items & Gift Cards:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
