Returns

Honeys Plant Climbers does not accept returns after an order has been posted or delivered.  Please make sure you read all product descriptions and choose your colours wisely as we don't refund or exchange for change of mind.

If you have received your climber and are unhappy with the quality or if it has been broken or damaged in the post please email us within 24 hours of receiving this with a photo and we can work something out.   But please know I personally quality check each item before its been packaged to be sent to you, and ensure your climber is packaged very well to avoid breakage.
