How long do you take to dispatch my order?
Our current processing time is 1-3 working days from the day you placed your order.
If you have selected a pre-release item, the whole order will be shipped together once the pre-release item is available. But if you can't bare to wait, please let me know via email and I can let you know the extra postage cost and get the available stock to you.
How long does it take to get to me?
All orders are currently sent with Australia Post or Australia Post Tracked International Post for those of you who live overseas. Unforrtunately, we have no control over the length of time it takes to arrive to you.
I understand the current frustrations with overseas postage timeframes, please be aware they are delayed and unfortanelty there is nothing I can do to hurry these up.
As soon as your order has been packed and posted a tracking number will be emailed to you. This can be tracked via auspost.com.au/mypost/track
But I want it nowwwwww?
I understand how exciting it can be after making a purchase and you want it in your hot little hands sooner rather than later. I would be more than happy to express post for you, just email me and I will pass on the extra charges.
Do you cover 'lost' parcels?
Honeys Plant Climbers cannot take responsibility for lost parcels once handed to Australia Post.
What do I do if my parcel is lost?
If your parcel has been lost during transit please contact Australia Post on 13POST. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and a customer enquiry will be lodged. I will be happy to assist however I can, but it is out of my hands.
I am local, can I collect direct?
Our studio is located in Manly West, Brisbane and if you wish to save on postage I would be more than happy for you to collect. I will email details to you once you select local pick up at the checkout.
